Katharine Hepburn’s first movie in color was The African Queen. Sadly, her signature red hair was dyed brown for the movie, but her beautiful eyes stood out as an unusual mixture of green and blue. The powerful landscape and vivid colors highlighted the unmatched acting skills of one of cinema’s true greats.
